Cardio
In addition to strength training, we are dedicated to improving your cardiovascular fitness level as well. Our cardio equipment will help keep your workouts interesting and non-repetitive. We have treadmills, recumbent bikes, elliptical machines and rowing machines located in our gym's cardio theater. In addition, boxing equipment, heavy bags, mats, steps and other unique accessories are located in the activity room for your use.
Group Fitness Classes
We offer a variety of group fitness classes options for your participation. Classes are lead by enthusiastic certified instructors who will help you achieve great results. Group fitness classes are not included with gym membership but are available for a separate fee. Classes are open to all - gym membership is not required to participate.

Get Jack'd Bootcamp
Jack'd Bootcamp class consists of weights, cardio, boxing, beach workouts and more. From low impact exercise to high intensity training, Jack'd Bootcamp by Jackie will get you motivated and get you results!
Offered: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 6:00am - 10:00am and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 2:00pm - 5:00pm

Super Circuit
Super Circuit is a total body 60 minute workout. Warm up, cool down and stretching included. Incorporates H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) style workouts using a combination of strength and aerobic training. Proper form taught and supervised to achieve maximum "Gainz!"
Offered: Saturday 10:00am - 11:00am
